Depends on what you're trying to get... Loopy offers a few different things, so some specifics might be nice.
Also, shipping to Loopy is up to you - I sent him my DS through USPS priority mail for a flat rate, but there are lots of shipping options and prices.
Shipping back to you is included in his listed prices on Paypal.
