Minor issue in Xsplit

As the topic states, this is a minor issue, I was just wondering anyone knew how to remedy this.
In Xsplit, I can save scenes for the DScapture software while it's in split screens mode, I can place and
save the location for both the top and bottom screens.
However, whenever I restart Xsplit and then go to that scene, and then turn on my DS and the DScapture
software, both of the screens in the Xsplit window will have turned into the top screen, even if the one
on the bottom is labeled as "bottom".
I can fix this by deleting the bottom screen, re-adding it and putting it back where it used to be.
However is there a way to prevent this from happening?
