Sending In 3DS for Repair

Hey Loopy, after trying my best to fix my 3DS ad ultimately failing, I've decided it'd be best for you to look into it. How should I ship it to you, and how should I describe the issue when I send it? Also, are there any shipping/repair fees? Thanks a ton.

Yeah, my USB connector thing fell inside the capture card's black shell. I opened it but I don't have a soldering iron nor do I know how to solder. Can I send it in to get the USB connector repaired?
