How to install a 3ds capture card in a 2ds

I did not have enough money to buy a 3ds, so I bought a 2ds and have had it for awhile now!
I have recently become interested in speedrunning, and decided that I want to speedrun some 3ds games. The only problem is that I can only afford the capture card by itself, which means I need to install it myself. For some reason, I can not find any tutorial online for how to install a 3ds capture card into a 2ds system.
So, does anyone know how to do this/where I can find the information how to do it?
*Note: I have yet to purchase the capture card, since I want to know everything before I purchase the capture card.
**2nd Note: I made this account just for this, and failed at the avatar thing XD. My photoshop can't make images that small with that quality.
