Figured I would post this here since I see a lot of people are interested in 3DS capture cards right now and this took me months to obtain. It is Japanese and there is no way (as far as I can tell) to check the firmware version without making it "not new". I'd be using it myself except I got impatient while waiting for it and bought another one that I am using now.
EDIT: This is sold now.

The buyer has 0 feedback. I would not send that. Also the n3ds XL w/ capture board is easily worth over $1,000 right now.
