[Buying] 3DS/3DS XL with capture card(Loopy)

Looking to buy a 3ds/3ds XL with preferably Loopy card. I can't find his ordering or prices to buy on here anywhere. Would love to have the Gamecube controller mod with it. Would love to be able to play MH4U on my PC and to be able to use a bigger controller.

He doesn't install the controller mod, but you can order a capture card mod here:
