I received my capture device on Monday, and I really just got around to playing with it. I'm extremely happy with the device, I'm just struggling to get the audio to work.

I have installed the directx driver and the audio slider is still disabled.

Any suggestion?

I have the same issue, I got a new computer and suddenly that's been happening.
