No sound on Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and now I can't seem to get the sound to work on the capture software. I usually use the sound that plays through the speakers to record with OBS, but now that sound doesn't work. Is there a fix?
EDIT: I got the sound working again. I uninstalled the drivers and the program, reinstalled the drivers and restarted my computer, followed by installing the program again, and everything worked out fine
