I was thinking of picking up a second capture card, I was wondering if you could have 2 of loopy's recording at the same time?

Yep. Many streamers do the same for multiple shiny hunts, if you want to see an example see Wittzgirl or Rozoken's videos on Twitch.tv for an example.

Hey Nady unlike katsu you can have as many loopy capture cards running on the same laptop/PC as you like without using an elgato/avermedia to window capture the other capcard like you have to with katsukity

Not possible..

There is a way to use two katsukity consoles.. However it would require you to get multiple rasberry pi devices and hdmi capture devices.

The over all costs would be insane. Loopy is the way to go dude for sure!

I guess the question was having two Capture devices at the same PC. Not multiple PC's or Raspberry's or Mac's to have a solution for that...
Loopy does not offer anything atm and unfortunately not a single Capture Card for any of the NEW devices at all, so there is no "Loopy is the way to go".
