What steps do I take after purchase?

Hi guys. I'm about to purchase this cap card but just want to be sure I'm doing everything right. After I pay what are the next steps I need to take. Obviously mail it to the address, does anything other than my 3ds need to be in the package I send it in? Do I need to email loopy to let him know it's coming? Once he gets it, will he email me when it's on it's way back? Sorry it's a lot of questions. I just want to be sure I do everything right.
