In need of dire help (software malfunction?)

I just purchased a capture board and tested it. After 30 seconds to a minute, the software crashes. Windows specifically says "N3DS_ldc stopped working". I would appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks.

Is this a Katsukity board or a Loopy board?
