Resolution of screens?

What are the resolutions/size of the screens? I am trying to fit each screen in a border on a photoshop overlay.

400 x 240 pixels for the top screen and 320 x 240 for the bottom one.

That's totally based on your preference and other things you want in your overlay. Some folks only show the top screen because they don't think the bottom screen is necessary for the game they're playing. Some people show both screens at their original proportions to each other, though this makes both screens a little difficult to look at sometimes and creates a lot of space on the sides of the overlay.
You can also check what other folks on Twitch and YouTube do for ideas.
