I'm interested in buying one from someone.

Vita 1000 or 2000. Either one is fine.
Preferably around $300, if possible.
Capture Card is not busted and still works properly as intended.

As far as I know those are hard to come by, unless you buy it directly from katsukity website or amazon "store" about 400+ I think.
For a cheap alternative(if you already have a ps3 or ps4 controller) , get a PS TV, mod it so it can run blocked games, get a cheapO capture card and an hdmi splitter.

Either one of them and the capture card still works and includes the license key to use the streaming program. And preferably around $300.
