Buying EU Capture card

If you have an EU LOOPY or MERKI cap card, and are willing to sell and provide proof that it works perfectly, Then I'd be perfectly happy to strike up a deal with you as my viewers on my stream have raised the money for me to buy one of these in 6 days, but I can't find one anywhere!
