Any smaller, less known 3DS Capture Board Installers??

Hi
Since Loopy is sold out on 3DS Capture Boards and no word on when the new boards will be available and Katsukity is terrible as from what I heard. Do you or anyone you know of good or at least decent and careful enough to install 3DS Capture Boards but is not as known (preferably in Canada)? Let me know as I'm trying to somehow get a 3DS Capture Board for March or ideally late this month.
