Windows 10 w/o Stereo Mix?

My Windows 7 computer just died, and I'm having to record on a Windows 10 computer now, but I can't get Stereo Mix installed for the life of me. Can someone either tell me how to get the audio recorded without Stereo Mix, or how I CAN get Stereo Mix? I tried installing it via the Realtek website, with the right specs, but Stereo Mix doesn't show up.
