3DS Capture Card Stopped Working

I recently tried contacting Loopy about this but have yet to receive a response over the course of a week so I thought i'd post my issue in here. I recently attempted to capture footage for an upcoming review using the capture card I bought from Loopy several years ago that has served me well over that time, only to discover it wasn't showing up on my usual PC during that aforementioned attempt nor was there any noise when it was plugged in or out. I tested it using several different USB cables on several different PCs and laptops that I own, all of which gave the same results. I was wondering if the card could be taken a look at and potentially repaired (I am more than willing to pay for any components and labour associated with the card's repair).
