Looking to buy 3ds w/capture any model

Hello. I am a Twitch streamer and have recently wanted to do the Pokemon series. Looking into it I didn't realize that Katsukitty has shut down and I'm not sure if Loopy still does them, I haven't received an e-mail after a while of waiting.
I did try to purchase one here in the past but the seller was a bit sketch, she had very few posts and wanted her payment only delivered via Moneygram/Western Union.
It doesn't bother me which model of 3ds it is or which ever creator, as long as it works. I'm ok.
