Is it possible to record both the Left & Right Viewpoints?

Is it possible to record both the Left & Right Viewpoints?

I noticed when capturing with the 3D turned on, that the capture software grabs the image for the left eye, but I was wondering if it's possible to change it so it captures the right one instead?
