I've had a Regular New3DS Capture Card from Katsukity since December of last year and I've been having the same problem for the past 4 or so months. The capture card randomly loses signal to the computer (windows makes the USB disconnect noise) after 10 to 60 minutes of playtime and it's super frustrating as I don't know the source of the problem.
I've attempted uninstalling and re-installing the software, the 3DS Drivers, the USB drivers, and different Micro-USB cables yet I still encounter the same issue.
I'm starting to think the issue stems from my computer rather than the 3ds because if I unplug the USB from the computer and plug it back in, the signal comes back no problem but what would cause this?
If anyone knows of a fix, or any tips at all PLEASE let me know! I'm super worried my capture card could be damaged!
