Is there a Delay between the signal from the DS/3DS to the computer, or is it completely flushed? I would like to know so i could get a ds in bad screen condition to save money.

Knowing it's a direct connection over USB and not over the internet/wirelessly, it should be fluent. The only way you couldn't make it fluent with the computer is if you are running a very old and very slow system, however the chances of most people having that is pretty slim now a days. You don't need a beefy system to do it, but it's obvious you shouldn't use something that's extremely crippled to the point it's a meat brick.
