Looking to buy a 3DS Capture Card

Hi there! I’m looking for a 3DS, 3DS XL or 2DS (basically anything that will play 3DS and DS games) with a capture card installed and I’m not sure where to get one. I’ve got a spare 3DS that I can send out to be modded but I’m also willing to buy one with the capture card already installed. If anyone could let me know who is selling right now and roughly how much it is that would be great!
