WTB: Any 3DS capture card supporting DSiWare capture

I need to produce support documentation for the app Flipnote Studio on DSi, which can run on the 3DS. I've been searching for a way to get captures (with audio, online, etc) for a long time. If anyone knows where I can get something like this, I would greatly appreciate it.
