I'd be interested in one. What region is the 3DS? I'm looking for North American unit.

Hiya! Is the black one sold yet? I see it says "old", not "sold", and I wanted to check just in case. If it's still available, I am interested ^_^

I'd recommend against purchasing from this person. I bought an Old 3DS XL from them about a month ago and it didn't work when I received it. I reached out and tried to coordinate shipping it back to them to repair it but they stopped responding over two weeks ago, so now I have a 3DS with a broken capture card that I paid $420 for. Buyer beware.

I don't doubt Alec necessarily since Woodie did also stop responding to me two weeks ago, but to keep in mind, he was very responsive when he sold me my 3DS, and it arrived in working order. He stopped responding during the shipping period when I was asking for the tracking number, but it still arrived nonetheless. He also sent me a video of him writing my name on the device to prove it worked correctly before the purchase went through.

Because I know he installs the boards himself, I would definitely be a bit careful with the device. I'm not sure if the build quality is necessarily his fault, or if it's just the reported problems with most katsukitty boards, but I did notice the back plate was not seated correctly and bulging slightly, and I've avoided trying to open or reseat it in fear that the bulge is a component being held in place. The drilled usb b mini is also a little sloppy looking, but I've heard this is normal for katsukitty devices. I've put a usb b mini cable into the port, and just intend to permanently leave it in to avoid the typical wear that is associated with the port to begin with, as well as the fear due to either woodie or katsukitty's installation.

All this being said, the guy tried quite hard to communicate effectively with me in English, despite my offer to attempt communications in Korean if he wished, and provided the product as described and went out of his way to show it worked before shipping it to me.
