Please bare with me I'm not the most computer savvy person. I've had a katsukity original 3ds capture card for a few years now, It always worked fine with relatively no issues. I have used it for both streaming and making youtube videos. I hadn't used it for awhile BUT since then I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Now when I boot it up the n3dsview software the device is recognized and it displays like everything should. The difference is that it is lagging out/stuttering hardcore. the framerate is horrendous I'm getting like 10/60 fps. I use the digital sound output beta for my sound. I know its not the best quality but its never been bad enough for me to care. the sound now is just constant crackling and it is unbearable. Can someone please help me diagnose the problem. I don't understand how upgrading my operating system has screwed things up this badly... I don't believe that it is my computer specs but I will provide them just in case.
