black screen and no audio on 3ds capture software but when plugged in it shows that my 3ds capture card is connected

i just got my loopy 3ds capture roughly about a week ago and i have been using it for a couple days now and it seems that for some reason when the cord was slightly moved or touched when in use it would jostle the connection to my computer while streaming today the cord was bumped and it went black screen no audio and will not no matter what i do come back to the 3ds capture software i even went and bought a new cord to see if it was just a cord issue but it says that the 3ds capture is conected in my devices its just not showing up when plugged in now is there anything you can do to help me.
