Hi Loopy, I sent 3 original ds systems to you for capture board installations. I included a note with my name and email address but I don't think I wrote down my home address on that note. I know I put it on the return address on the package but I don't know if you keep the package so I'm just wanting to make sure you have my home address in some form so you know where to send it back to.
