Question about Self Install kit

Hey loopy, I recently got my two self install kits from you! I installed this first one just fine and it works perfect. I installed the second the same way and the captured screen has a slight red tent to it! I was wondering if you had any ideas or suggestions on how to fix it! Thank you.

Hi, you probably have a faulty soldering point on the flexible cable !

The self-install page suggests it's a soldering issue. Look at the "TROUBLESHOOTING" section in the guide: https://3dscapture.com/ds/install/index.html
