Capture Stutters

I recently updated my streamlabs and my Nvidia drivers, and ever since then my captures using my DS Capture has had issues stuttering in recordings. I didn't have this issue before I updated. Does anyone have any ideas to fix it? I've tried a different cable, a different capture card, switching OBSs, updating streamlabs, changing FPS, using different video encoders in streamlabs, using window capture instead of game capture, restarting my computer.
