3DSXL Capture Board Issue

Hi there,

I bought a 3DS Capture for 3DSXL that you've installed in your office but I cannot use it now.

The Mini USB Port seems to have a problem, I have to hold the cable down to have a few seconds of images.

I tried on different USB Ports (3.0 & 2.0), with different cables. I bought new cables there : https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00I97P5NI?psc ... ct_details

How can I fix it.

This must be a katsukitty one since I don't think Loopy made boards for 3DSXL

I checked your pictures. That's Optimize, I recognize it from their installation guide. Loopy didn't make that one.

I didn't made the installation I had to sent my console. First time that I open my 3DSXL to check what's going on
