Should I ship my N3DS with its SD card?
I was curious if the SD card gets wiped in the process of the new board install? I have Pokemon Bank and Crystal downloaded on it and I'd rather not lose those.

Nothing has to be done to the SD card. Honestly, you could just take it out before sending the console. Nothing in the software on the 3DS is changed at all by the mod.
