Confirming Shipment

Hey Im curious to those who shipped their n3ds xl to loopy already. I shipped my 3ds a while ago (2 weeks approximately) and was wondering how you guys confirmed if loopy got your 3ds's. Im planning on sending a follow up email to the info@3dscapture email account and didn't know how to proceed. If you can help with this I would appreciate it. Thanks!
