I tried to play on Dream Team after I replaced the new board with the old one. I use the newer software, the 5.3 version. It's the same problem in the specific area.

What do we do next?

I tested on Bowser's Inside Story (DS), Paper Jam (3DS), Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions (3DS), and Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey (3DS). They're no problem.

UPDATE

I found the solution and the problem with Dream Team.

When I updated the firmware with the newer software, the 5.3 version, by CTRL + ALT and Connect the USB. I tested the game, it's no problem in the specific area. There is no glitch.

Then, I turned my 3DS Console off and on and I tested it again. It's the problem with the glitch.

Until I found out that "Zoom" had a problem when I changed the zoom to close and far. Close and far zoom are no problems in the specific area. However, the default zoom, middle zoom, has a problem.

I did try to test on Mario & Luigi: Dream Team for the 5.3 version. I use the default zoom and in the specific area, Wakeport, it is still a problem. What does this do?
(I don't have to worry about it. I already finished with it for recording the walkthrough.) For other people, they need to use the default zoom for the specific area.

UPDATE:
I did play Paper Mario: Sticker Star on 3DS. It is working and has no glitches while I recorded it.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon is working too.

I will keep updating other my games if games have issues.

I know one game called Kirby: Planet Robobot has the problem in the specific area, the final boss area.

I did play Luigi's Mansion Remake on the 3DS. It's working and has no issues of a glitch.
