Hi, Loopy, just wanted to say thanks so much for the service you provide! I just got my 3DS back today and I can't believe it's finally here! I tested it both in the 3DSCapture software as well as CuteCapture, and while I wasn't able to get it to work with CuteCapture, I don't mind since I was planning on mainly using it with Windows anyway. The charging through USB-C is an amazing feature so you don't have to plug 2 different cables cables in to capture your 3DS, 3 cables if you count audio. It's really nice to have an all in 1 solution with no lag or frame drops. It's also nice that I won't have to use a 3DS charger again in general since I can just use the USB-C port now!

I also wanted to say thanks for taking out the C-Stick for me during the installation process. I really didn't want to rip it out myself the wrong way, so I really appreciate you reading my note and taking it out and delivering it back with the USB-C cable. I'm still trying to install the PSP stick correctly, I've heard stories of people damaging their top screens because their PSP stick wasn't pushed in all the way, so I'm gonna be very careful when closing the 3DS.

I wanted to make this as a new thread instead of just putting it in N3DS Progress so that other people can post their replies thanking you for their experiences with their installations. I know you're really busy, but I was hoping that having this thread of people showing their gratitude could be a motivator to read during off time.

Appreciate folks sharing their timelines. Mine arrived to loopy on June 2nd.

I hadn't seen or heard anything, and was going to e-mail just to make sure it was all good. However, it sounds like ~1 month is the turnaround, so I'll trust Loopy has it handled.
