I sent my New 3DS LL out Fri. Mar 22nd.
It was delivered to Loopy today, Mar 25th, at 2pm.

Will update when I get my tracking and when it gets delivered to me. c:

Sent mine on 10th, FINALLY got there yesterday (the 25th) Dunno what the heck was wrong with USPS, just hope everything went well in it arriving. Can't wait to get it back!

Recieved my 3DS back today!
I sent it out on March 18th and recieved it back today, April 3rd.

Sent out my Metallic Black New 3DS XL on March 25th.
USPS had a few delays but delivered the system to Loopy on April 3rd.

Will update when I get a tracking number for it shipping back (or for it being delivered if I don't get one) or if I hear anything prior to it shipping back.
