Is my capture card broken?

So it’s katsukitty and it had some weird coloration problems— but only in the “left eye” I’ve tried everything to fix it but I cannot for the life of me figure it out. Here is a link to the pic. Can anyone help?

If calibration didn't help, then one of the solder points need to be redone, or the flex pcb is damaged. There are some solutions at the bottom of Optimize's installation page.

The left side is the main side you view. I doubt a seller would send it out like that. Did you install it yourself?

I did not install it, my theory is that it was damaged in transit at some point or perhaps it was because of the heat when it was sitting in my mail box? Anyway the 3D is not important to me, if I can somehow get it to only display the right image I would be satisfied
