How to Run a DS and 3DS capture card at the same time.

I have 2 loopy capture cards, one for the original DS and one for the n3dsXL. I have been trying to stream with both of them running at the same time. They both work by themselves, but when I try to run them at the same time, the n3dsxl will not capture while the original DS is running. Once the original DS turns off, then the 3ds will start to work again. I am not sure why they both cant run simultaneously.
How do I make it so both of them can run at the same time?

Update: I got them both working. I had to change my n3dsxl's USB port to a different spot on my CPU. My guess is that they both were using the same port (right next to eachtother)
