I bought a phat DS capture card years ago and it's been working great until a few days ago.
I noticed when I was playing a game, the light on my DS was flashing green/red rapidly. After doing a bunch of research, I figured that the battery needed replacement, so I got a cameron sino and replaced it today. It was working fine for hours, until I noticed later the light was red, and realized that my DS didn't seem to be charging. I did try an alternative cable, one that I know is working, and it still didn't charge.
I figured before doing anything else, I might write for support to see if there's anything else I can do, before sending it in for repairs.
