Hi, I just bought a used ds with loopy capture card and received it today. I tested it out and the software said thet there was "no connection". I looked on the forum and saw a suggestion to check device manager. Under that I see the usb option for the capture card and it says "Unknown USB Device(Device Descriptor Request Failed)". When I click on that I get this under the device status:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed."
If someone can help me that would be great
