I just get this. I googled the code and found a bunch of "fixes" from updating windows, doing a disk check, uninstalling and re-installing c++ redistribution files and .net etc etc and nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help!

Capture Software won't even open
So I got my New 3DS XL back today, downloaded the capture software and...
I just get this. I googled the code and found a bunch of "fixes" from updating windows, doing a disk check, uninstalling and re-installing c++ redistribution files and .net etc etc and nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help!

Ok, so it was a windows issue. Because I did the updrage from win 7 to win 10 instead of a fresh install, it messed some things up. I just did a fresh windows install, and other than having to acquire 2 DLL files, I've had no issues with it
