Got my new3ds capture back in the mail today and I can't get it to connect. When I plug it in to my computer it starts to charge but I get no indication that it connected to the pc. No usb sound, nothing in the setting, nothing in the device manager.
When I open the software it just says "not connected"
When I try to run FTD3XXDriver_WHQLCertified_v1.3.0.4_Installer.exe it says "not needed(no device for update present)

replaced my usb cable, problem solved
