I bought a New Nintendo 3DS LL recently from Japan that I would eventually like to send in for a capture card mod. One small issue though, the touch screen has a deadzone, and the top screen is kinda scratched.
I was wondering if you would fix that or if I would have to pay extra for it. Link to image of the scratches:
