OBS Glitchy Audio + Video

Hello everyone, I'm having a weird issue with OBS. I'm trying to use the Loopy 3DS Capture Card software and whenever OBS is closed it seems to work perfectly. Once I open OBS it audio and video starts glitching out on and off. I'm using window capture and even with no sources linked to the capture program it gets glitchy. Any ideas?

Try using a different port and maybe a different USB cable. Other users have reported doing that to resolve their issue.
