N3DSXL no audio after install

I'm assuming I messed something up when installing, but I'm not sure. Capture is working great, but the only sounds the 3DS will produce is typing on the keyboard, clicking the home button when in game, and the shutter for the camera. It properly detects headphones being plugged in, so that's not the issue. The issue is both on the 3DS itself and the capture. Is there anything I can troubleshoot to find the cause of the issue?

I of course figured this issue out only after making the post. Fully desoldering the soldered ribbon cable and resoldering it fixed this issue. It most likely was bridged somewhere.
