I have a Japanese Metallic Blue New 3DS XL that is modded with Loopy’s capture board, a 128GB microSD card, and has CFW on it, as well. I’m selling it to get another New 3DS XL capture card for my American Red model. I’ll be asking $400 for it plus $20 shipping. Will accept offers, if you want the price lowered. This system will be complete in box and it is also in near mint condition. Also has screen protectors on, the original stylus, the charger, and the USB C cable.

Yes, technically. It can play games from any region, for it has CFW. So, you can insert any region cartridge and you can play it. The system’s region is still technically Japanese, but it is region free. You can do a region switch, but that can (and will) cause problems with the eShop, so it’s recommended to keep the system to its original region.
