Lost Product Key

I've had a 3ds xl that i bought from here for about 8 years now and I have since lost my product key for the capture software.
I have changed computers since the last time I used it and now I don't have access to the software anymore.
Is there anyway I can get a new product key?

Loopy's board don't require a product key and he has not made one for the 3DS XL. Optimize boards (katsukity) used them and have one for the 3DS XL.

Send an email to optimize_shop@netdevice.co.jp asking them for the product key and tell them your device ID. You can find your device ID when you launch the software and it asks you for the product key.
