Custom Firmware?

I'm just wondering if Loopy's capture cards work fine if custom firmware is installed on the 3DS. I already have a capture card installed on my 3DS, but I don't want to go messing with stuff like custom firmware if it'll mess with the capture card.

It's fine. Makes no difference. Some homebrew might have issues but it's rare.
