Does the ds capture card, capture games in the gba slot and is the 3Ds capture card for other versions of the 3ds like the 3dsxl or first model?

Yes, the OGDS capture card can capture GBA just fine. It's been a bit since I've used my DS capture but I believe there's even a GBA setting in the software so you only have one screen showing.
For 3DS, there used to be an OG3DS board, but Loopy does not make those anymore. The new boards are exclusively N3DSXL.
The OG3DS, 3DSXL, 2DS, N3DS, and N2DSXL do not have Loopy cards available, and only Loopy can truly say if he's working on any more of the models.
TLDR: GBA capture does work on OGDS capture, and N3DSXL is the only 3DS model with an available Loopy capture card
