I had some free time today so I just sent my 2 consoles out as of now. I wrote a note in the box exterior to indicate it is for repair due to the new software/firmware update.
Should arrive Wednesday, thanks!

The package just arrived in Sandy per tracking. Although I included a sheet of paper with my personal name, forum name and address, I failed to include my contact email, so I sent an email your way with that information so you can cross-reference it with the package.

Received my consoles back this past Saturday and they work with the latest software like a charm now! Thanks Loopy!
