Does the mod have digital audio capture or is it analog only?

Does the capture mod for New 3DS XL have digital audio at all? Is audio being transmitted over USB to any extent, or is it just video only? If not included, will a firmware update for digital audio be released eventually? Sorry if it sounds rapid fire, but I'm naturally straight to the point.

Yes, it has digital audio capture over USB.

Awesome! Does it play in the preview as well? Looking to hook it up to a home theater.
